Consumenten verwachten tegenwoordig van bedrijven en overheidsorganisaties dat ze online reageren op vragen en klachten. Een eigen webcare team lijkt het antwoord. Maar hoe implementeert u een succesvolle webcare strategie? Wat zijn de kansen en (on-) mogelijkheden? De praktische do's en don'ts? Tijdens deze 1-daagse workshop volgt u colleges, afgewisseld met groepsopdrachten en -discussies. Naast alle theoretische kennis en praktijkervaring krijgt u veel tips, quick wins en inspirerende praktijkvoorbeelden gepresenteerd.
Uw trainer

Uw trainer is Ronald van der Aart, managing consultant van RepMen en voormalig director corporate communications van UPC Nederland. Ronald stond aan de wieg van het UPC Webcare Team. Daarvoor ontving hij namens UPC Nederland de Corporate Social Networking Award 2009. Met RepMen adviseert hij over online reputation management en heeft hij inmiddels verschillende webcare teams getraind en begeleid. Daarnaast is Ronald een ervaren spreker en dagvoorzitter.
Groep
De workshop telt maximaal 12 deelnemers. Daardoor bestaat volop ruimte voor de onderlinge uitwisseling van ervaringen en kan Ronald inspelen op uw persoonlijke trainingsbehoefte. Bij voldoende belangstelling wordt een extra workshop ingepland.
Locatie
De workshop vindt plaats in de sfeervolle en gastvrije vergaderlocatie De Tafel van Muiden. Niet onbelangrijk, de cappucino en espresso zijn super. Lunch en borrel zijn bovendien uitermate goed verzorgd.

Kosten
De kosten van deze workshop bedragen per deelnemer EUR 575,- exclusief BTW. Dit bedrag is inclusief koffie, thee, water, een goedverzorgde lunch en netwerkborrel. Alle deelnemers ontvangen een uitgebreide reader met lesmateriaal. Tot 31 oktober kunt u gebruik maken van een early bird tarief van EUR 475,- exclusief BTW.
Voorwaarden reserveren
- Bij verhindering na aanmelding kunnen deelnemers zich laten vervangen.
- Bij annulering binnen 10 werkdagen voor de trainingsdatum berekent RepMen 50% van het inschrijfgeld.
- Indien zich voor de workshop te weinig deelnemers hebben aangemeld, ontvangt u uiterlijk 10 werkdagen voor de trainingsdatum bericht over annulering en/of biedt RepMen een alternatief aan.
